2023 Recap

2024 started off pretty quickly here, what with a few projects continuing through the holidays and the launch of a new initiative on behalf of our client Allegany Franciscan Ministries.

2023 was our first year. Here is what we did:

Florida Philanthropic Network: Build engagement and connection among their more than 700 member leaders in philanthropy.

Space Coast: Built a system to capture and quantify the impact of the foundation\’s 60 grantee partners.

Quantum Foundation: Collate strategy across departments and functions to align teams on a common strategy.

Education Foundation: Strengthen operations and codify critical processes.

Allegany Franciscan Ministries: Develop and launch a statewide first initiative to deny $5 million in capital.

Our network of clients remains Florida-based and focused on philanthropic organizations. While many consultants serve non-profits, our key differentiator is our experience working with and on behalf of organizations that provide financial support to other organizations; \’philanthropic organizations\’ or \’grant-making organizations\’ in philanthropy speak. As John D. Rockefeller said, “It is harder to give money away than to make it.” I don’t entirely agree with him, but I do think philanthropy requires deliberation. That is what we provide; thoughtfulness, consideration and deliberation. It goes without saying that we are immensely grateful to those who believed in us during our first year and were willing to reach out and engage with us.

I\’d be remiss not to mention a few of our key partners from 2023. It\’s an impressive group and one that draws from our years of experience in the field cultivating relationships with other thoughtful and driven leaders.
